Mrs. Phil (Carolyn) Barger, an active volunteer for many nonprofit organizations in Adams County, Indiana serves on the Board for the Youth for Christ organization.
She felt that establishing an endowment for the Youth for Christ organization through the ACCF was a great way to show her support for the efforts of the Youth for Christ today and for many, many years into the future.
