Dennis and Sylvia Scheumann are the parents of three children: Jason, Joshua, Holly and
seven grandchildren. Original owners of the Mid-States Tools, Sylvia has served on the
ACCF Scholarship Committee since 1991; therefore, they well know the importance of
scholarships. Denny and Sylvia have established this scholarship fund to provide support
for local students going into programs primarily for machines trade or health care.
