Long Term Recovery Organization (LTRO)
This fund was established to provide tax-deductible advantages for those interested in providing support for the Flood victims during the 2003 history-making flood.
The mission and purpose of the Adams County Long Term Recovery Organization (LTRO) is: A partnership of faith and community organizations seeking to address the unmet physical, spiritual and emotional needs of households in Adams County resulting from the 2003 Fourth of July weekend storms.
The intention of the organization was to be a two year committee to provide assistance for Adams County flood victims and for future ready-funds for county recovery. This fund is now in "Ready-Stand-By" for assistance for local residents who have experienced a common disaster.
