Fund Est. 1998An only child and only maternal and paternal grandchild, Jack was a gifted musician and earned high academic honors. After he graduated from the Decatur High School in 1960, Jack attended Indiana University, Bloomington campus.
During the fall of his sophomore year, following a minor accident, it was discovered that Jack had a congenital brain tumor. The tumor led to his death shortly thereafter.
The Beta Theta Pi Fraternity at Indiana University of which Jack was a member established the Jack Dailey Memorial Scholarship Fund in 1962.
In 1998, the ACCF was awarded the fiduciary responsibilities for the fund thereby establishing the Jack Dailey Memorial Scholarship Fund for a Bellmont student attending IU.
