Fund Est. 2016
This scholarship fund was established in memory of Pauline Borders by
family and friends. (Madonna) Pauline Borders taught science for 40 years at
South Adams as well as many years at Ivy Tech in Portland. Pauline was
passionate about helping all improve their lives. She expected excellence from
herself and demanded it from her students.
The intent of this scholarship is to help any student off-set his or her financial
burden while obtaining a post-secondary education. The successful South
Adams candidate for the Pauline Borders Scholarship will be a student majoring
in one of the following fields: science, health, information, or technology.
