fund began in 2010 when Mr. and Mrs. Bleeke talked with the ACCF
about a fund in memory of their son Richard. He was serving active duty in the military, when a fatal accident occurred while mowing. The tractor turned over and pinned
Richard under. American Legion, Post 43 established this fund with a contribution from the Bleeke family to the American Legion, Post #43 who opted to utilize the eligibility requirements discussed with the Bleeke family in 2010.
