The Adams County Community Foundation was incorporated in 1991. Though the motivated Board of Directors had a rocky start, their perseverance paid off.
The ACCF, this community and Adams County are collectively appreciative of the many volunteers who have made the Community Foundation a first stop for donors who wish to provide support to our community in the form of scholarships and grants.
