Employed since 1999, Coni manages the daily operations of the Adams County Community Foundation (ACCF). Growing the ACCF from $2M in 1999 to the high of $13.5M in 2008, after which the ACCF experienced the decline in the market and is now on its way back. The ACCF will celebrate 25 years in 2016.

Deb Cook has been a part-time employee with the Adams County Community Foundation since 2004. Her responsibilities are primarily with recording over 800 contributions each year, management of over 300 scholarships awarded collectively with traditional, on-track, and nontraditional students as well has on-going daily operations.
